Vehicle submission terms

Effective October 24, 2026

You must be at least 18 and the owner or an authorized representative of the vehicle. Provide accurate information about mileage, condition, accident history, title, and liens.

Submitting this form is free and creates a request for review only. It does not create a vehicle offer, appraisal, purchase agreement, reservation, or obligation to sell. Availability, offer amounts, pickup, and timing depend on review, location, inspection, and verified ownership.

VANNLI provides marketing, technology, seller intake, and coordination. the purchasing party is the purchasing party responsible for reviewing and approving offers, inspection, vehicle purchase contracts, seller payment, title and lien paperwork, and inventory. VANNLI does not make a binding vehicle offer or transfer ownership through this form. Any transaction requires separate agreed terms. Confirm the dealer’s identity and payment arrangements before releasing the vehicle or title.

VIN scanning, check-digit validation, and decoding help detect transcription errors and identify basic vehicle specifications. Passing these checks does not prove a VIN is genuine or rule out a cloned VIN. A nonstandard, missing, or mismatched VIN requires manual review. They do not verify ownership, title, lien status, accident history, safety, mechanical condition, or market value. Check decoded details against the vehicle and correct any errors.

Title-in-hand answers are disclosures for review, not proof of ownership or a promise that a vehicle can be transferred. Any purchase requires the applicable title, lien release or payoff process, odometer disclosures, and other required documents. Do not release a vehicle until the buyer, paperwork, and payment arrangements are confirmed. Requirements vary by state; for Florida transactions see the FLHSMV seller guidance.

A mileage range is an estimate for initial review, not an odometer statement. The purchasing dealer must obtain the required odometer disclosure and verify title, liens, and the physical VIN before completing a purchase. Florida title and odometer paperwork is separate from this intake form.

Written offer, payment, and costs

Before accepting, review the buyer’s legal name, applicable dealer license, vehicle details, purchase price, any fees or deductions, lien payoff, inspection conditions, pickup responsibility, and payment method and timing. No instant payment, pickup date, highest price, or purchase is guaranteed. Any change to a proposed offer must be explained and agreed before sale. Do not sign blank title or transfer documents. Confirm payment arrangements before releasing the vehicle, keys, or title.

Florida seller paperwork

Where applicable, complete the required title assignment, lien release or payoff, and odometer disclosure with the purchasing dealer. A mileage range on this form does not replace the legally required odometer statement. Follow current FLHSMV guidance for notice of sale and license plate removal or transfer; do not leave your plate with the buyer unless the applicable process permits it. Keep copies of the signed transaction documents.
