Privacy notice
Effective October 24, 2026
VANNLI collects the contact information, vehicle details, photos, and consent you submit to evaluate your vehicle and respond to your request. We also process limited technical information to protect this form from abuse.
Year and make selections may be sent to NHTSA to load available models. VIN lookup sends the VIN you enter to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to retrieve basic vehicle specifications. VIN barcode scanning runs on your device; the barcode photo is not uploaded. Vehicle photos selected for submission are re-encoded in your browser to remove embedded location metadata before upload.
Your submission is available to the authorized VANNLI review team to evaluate and coordinate your vehicle inquiry. If another purchasing party needs your information to proceed, its identity and role must be explained to you before a transaction. Hosting, storage, and customer relationship management providers process information to operate this service. Submitted contact details, vehicle information, and consent records are transferred to VANNLI’s restricted GoHighLevel workspace for inquiry review and tracking. Photos remain in the private website review queue. Vehicle photos are restricted to authorized review access.
Do not upload identification, banking information, title documents, or other sensitive documents here. This form does not authorize marketing texts or automated or prerecorded marketing calls. Follow-up should use your selected contact method and concern your vehicle inquiry.
To request access, correction, deletion, or to stop follow-up, use our contact and privacy request form or reply to the team member contacting you about your submission. We retain inquiry information while evaluating your request and where needed for transactions, disputes, security, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed by the team; they are not processed automatically, and some records may need to be retained. No specific purchase or offer is guaranteed.
Intake also includes your first and last name, title-in-hand status, estimated mileage range or exact reading, known damage, selling timeline, and selected contact method. Phone and email are required for inquiry identification and follow-up; your selected contact method tells the team how you prefer to be reached. These answers help the review team evaluate your request and coordinate contact; they do not verify ownership or complete a sale.
We may send a submitted standard VIN to NHTSA vPIC to decode specifications and compare them with the submitted year, make, and model. We retain the result and any review flags with your request. Survey answers are submitted when you complete the final step; unfinished answers are not saved as a lead.
Photos and sensitive information
Only send vehicle photos you are permitted to share. Keep people, identification documents, banking details, and unrelated personal information out of the frame. You may submit without photos. Barcode scanning requires camera or photo access only if you choose to use it; manual entry is available.
Security and retention
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards to protect submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Access, correction, and deletion requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained for a transaction, dispute, security investigation, or legal obligation.
Contact and privacy requests
Our request form collects your email, request type, optional submission reference, and any details you choose to provide. Requests are stored for authorized staff review. Submitting a request does not automatically delete records or stop a workflow; staff must review and apply it. Do not send ID documents, account credentials, banking details, or other sensitive records. We may ask for proportionate verification through an appropriate channel before releasing or changing information.
